Make sure you Unlock all the tactician skills first. When the match starts take over the spawns as quick as possible. Then do the missions and you should be fine.

I agree. We always all start as tacs in clan matches grab the spawns then 1 of goes to the Engineer and the other a marksman. The engineer fixes a few crates(no need to get them all). The marksman always stays close to us that way we don't get spot and marked. After the engineer is done with fixing the crates he goes to medic. Always make sure that when entering a room that holds an objective that the medic stays back because there is always somebody that needs to be revived.

As soon as the objective turns to Assassination if you're not the target then you should automatically select medic. That way everyone that is protecting the selected target is a medic.

During Cap and Hold everyone should be tactician so you cap the C&H spots faster and move together from spot to spot.

During Search and Retrieve change to Infiltrator as soon as you die for the unlimited sprint and running the speaker.

I know most of this is common sense but just in case some of you lack that.
