Broken PS3

i was playin BO when i quit the game and it just shut off and now it wont turn back on it just beeps
gona be awhile till i have another one.. of course it happens when all my money is going out!FML!

That blows. Especially since the beta for DC Universe just went up and ITS AWESOME!!!!!

The DC beta.... Funny, my brother is actually one of the people chosen for the beta. He received the E-Mail last night and started downloading it last night. It's still going...

Yeah It took me 13 hours to download it. Its 18.8 gb LOL. It really is a lot of fun. Tell him to start out in a pve lobby before creating a character in a pvp lobby. That way he can get used to the combos before playing against real people. Another thing I noticed is that the sorcery characters are a lil easier to use.

you think with all the freebies i received this week, they'd send me that too.

Its possible. I got mine for being a ps+ subscriber. I can't wait for the full release.

@solo sorry to hear the bad news man. we don't realize how much we become consumed in the ps3 world,and everything else seems foreign(like reading)until we're faced with the loss of our systems/games.
looking back i'm glad to have been brought up in the generation in which we actually did things like "read"(outside the class room) as a form of entertainment.
Sometimes it's good to take a break from it all and enjoy some of the simpler things in life; like a good book.

Reading is very good. Hoping to get a book called 'what makes us tick for x-mas' Google it, extremely interesting.

here buddy, not sure how mechanically competent you are, but i used a similar vid (which i couldn't find in my own site, its there somewhere) and managed to fix mine. Its been about 2yrs now and still holding up.
